Continuous Form Plating:
Stamped Parts & Coiled Stock

Continuous Form Plating for accuracy, speed, and efficiency.

Continuous Form Plating at Summit brings the process of coating coiled metal stock and continuous fabricated stampings to a new level.

Summit Electroplating on Continuous Forms delivers exceptional speed and coverage precision.

Using proprietary and proven electroplating techniques, we carefully control plating material deposits as long runs of metal stock or stamped parts are passed through our turnkey, multi-stage plating assemblies. These efficient assemblies sequentially apply process stages that include cleaning, chemical preparation, electrical anode exposure, plating material bath immersion and specialty surface finishing.

The smooth and controlled movement of continuous base material through our plating assemblies provide speed, efficiency, and consistency advantages. Our proven expertise in strategic positioning of plating anodes deliver excellent and consistent results. This includes even edge-to-edge and side-to-side plating thickness, as well as intricate coverage control that allows us plate overall or selectively as specified.

Continuous Form Plating that is QA monitored at every stage.

Desired plating results are monitored and validated throughout each plating cycle through our strict QA protocol. Ongoing testing ensures that desired appearance, strengthened corrosion and abrasion resistance, improved conductivity, and more are all maintained.

At Summit, coverage accuracy, faster turn-around, and “economies of scale” are the plating perfected advantages our clients enjoy with Continuous Form Plating.
