Electroplating Coiled Stock

Electroplating Continuous Coiled Stock with cost and precision efficiency.

Electroplating of Coiled Stock at Summit offers clients value and versatility. Through this continuous form proc less, we plate using a wide range precious, semi-precious, common metal coatings These include Gold, Silver,  Tin, and specialty alloys that produce metal finishes according to industry designated requirements.

We economically plate coiled stock in a variety of widths from .5″ wide to 4″ wide. By combining monitored control advanced plating and shielding techniques, we are able to minimize “dog bone” effects while maintaining tight die clearances — ensuring finish specifications are consistently achieved evenly throughout the form plating cycle.

Our Coiled Stock Plating automation delivers speed without compromise.

Summit had built and perfected an expansive in-line automation system that combines surface preparation, electroplate monitoring, and QA monitored thickness measuring. Collectively, these in-line processes allow Summit to quickly an economically achieve the specification-meeting surface consistency we are known for with Coiled Stock Electroplating.
